A Contemporary Classic
The focus for this project was to create a bright, open, well-appointed space that works well for a busy family and frequent, extended family gatherings. We removed walls, added lots of hidden storage, maximized windows, and opened staircases, to bring in light and improve function and flow. The dramatic floor to ceiling stone fireplace is the focal point of the feature wall, that includes the built-in television and bar. Carrying the quartz to the ceiling, and window surrounds, produced a clean and dramatic effect. And then, there are the bathrooms!
