Downtown Chic Condo

This downtown condo was a rental property that had not been updated for 20 years. The vision for this project was to appeal to prospective tenants while providing durability in all elements. We chose finishes that were neutral yet sleek. The new bathroom and kitchen were fitted with modern fixtures and appliances. Along with new custom closets and the addition of a laundry room, this once tired space was elevated to a property that was sought after by many who wanted to make this Toronto neighbourhood home.
